    Setup in 4 steps

    Download the framework

    Grab the latest Kaizen RAR (v1.1.9) from kaizenframework.app/kaizen.rar.

    Extract to your hosting folder

    Unpack the RAR file into your IIS hosting folder.

    Run kaizenscript.sql

    Open kaizenscript.sql and run it against your MS-SQL database.

    Configure Web.config

    Add your DB name, login id and password under the KaizenMVCdbEntities tag.

    Requirements

    Server prerequisites

    A standard Windows + IIS + MSSQL stack. Crystal Reports runtime is needed for printable reports.

    What Kaizen does and does not send back

    Kaizen runs entirely on your server. When you configure it for your clients, nothing is captured or read when their end users log in or use the application — not credentials, not business data, not behavior.

    End-user activity is invisible to us

    We never see your clients' logins, data, or usage. Ever.

    Captured only when a developer logs in

    The following values are sent solely for license validation when the software company logs in as a developer:

    Mother Board ID
    MAC Addresses
    URL & Kaizen version
    Concurrent developer count

    No other data ever reaches us.
